Tomato Salsa

Fresh tomatoes just demand that you enjoy them as a delicious salsa.  So try this one.  Simple. Fresh. Super yum.

Mix an heirloom tomato or two, fresh cilantro, garlic, jalepeno, red onion, salt, pepper and a splash of olive oil.  You are set.

I will say no more, except enjoy.

Fresh heirloom tomatoes with some garlic, cilantro, red onion, olive oil. You have yourself a salsa.
  • 2 heirloom tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¾ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalepeno, chopped
  • ½ a red onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Ground Pepper
  1. Mix tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, jalepeno, red onion and olive oil.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
