Scary, but entertaining! I too once got a "distant shock" just from standing in the window when our apt. building was hit. It was exactly how they depict it in cartoons where you freeze in mid-step and your skeleton shows for a second and then you keep going. No one was there to see my skeleton, but I can vouch for the rest. I didn't see a doctor either (but your hubby's hit may have been more direct. I will try this steak without the ligthening part!!

Hi Julie,
Made recipe tonight for Kate and Harry. Delicious.
Had no sour cream but sauce fine with just yogurt.
Added cumin and topped sauce with roasted kale and pepitas. Cannot wait for leftovers lol

I made this last night. Best. Salad. EVER!!! My only mistake was that I just made half the recipe (cooking for one) and I should have made the full recipe because I would have eaten all of it! Truly delicious and very easy to make!

These look so good! I want to try them out tonight but quick question, do you think I can sear them, then put them in the fridge, then bake a couple of hours later? Or should I just make the patties, fridge, then sear then bake?

Thank you thank you thank you for this recipe. I got carrots, radishes & snap peas in my CSA box (again) this week and I have run out of ways to use them. This looks amazing! Now all I need is a magnolia tree...

Julie and Sophie- I just made these because I had some buttermilk to use up. Delicious! The glaze gives the muffin the perfect amount of sweetness.
