Ultimate Turkey Burgers

- 1½ lbs ground turkey
- 1 tbsp chopped basil
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine the ingredients in a large bowl. Use your hands to mix together well. Form into 6 patties.
- Grill on medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until an instant read thermometer reads 160 degrees.
