Herb Marinated Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
  • 1 lb - 1.5 lbs chicken breast (depending on bone in or out or skinless) (2-3 breasts)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine chicken with remaining ingredients and let marinate 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Heat grill to medium high heat.
  3. Grill for 20-30 minutes depending on size of breasts and whether there is a bone in (bone in will take longer). Flip periodically, approximately every 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from grill and let sit for 5 minutes then serve (If boneless, consider slicing in ½ inches pieces and serving on a platter).
