"Lightening" Flank Steak

- 1 Flank steak (approximately 1.2 lbs)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- ¼ cilantro, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Combine steak with marinade of olive oil, soy sauce, cilantro, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Let marinate for a 2-4 hours.
- Grill for 8-10 minutes (4 to 5 minutes a side) for medium rare. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Slice with a very sharp knife and serve.
