"Lightening" Flank Steak

This "lightening" flank steak is marinated in oil, soy sauce, cilantro, garlic, salt and pepper and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
  • 1 Flank steak (approximately 1.2 lbs)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • ¼ cilantro, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
  1. Combine steak with marinade of olive oil, soy sauce, cilantro, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Let marinate for a 2-4 hours.
  3. Grill for 8-10 minutes (4 to 5 minutes a side) for medium rare.  Let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Slice with a very sharp knife and serve.
