Heirloom Tomatoes with Blue Cheese

- 2 Heirloom tomatoes, thickly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ¼ tsp Sea Salt
- ¼ tsp Fresh ground pepper
- ⅓ cup arugula
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- ¼ cup blue cheese
- Slice tomatoes and arrange in shallow bowl.
- Whisk vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper and pour over the tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with arugula, basil and blue cheese.
