Heirloom Tomatoes with Blue Cheese

Ingredients
  • 2 Heirloom tomatoes, thickly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ tsp Sea Salt
  • ¼ tsp Fresh ground pepper
  • ⅓ cup arugula
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • ¼ cup blue cheese
Instructions
  1. Slice tomatoes and arrange in shallow bowl.
  2. Whisk vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper and pour over the tomatoes.
  3. Sprinkle with arugula, basil and blue cheese.
