Watermelon Salad with Basil and Red Onion

- 4 cups chopped watermelon (1/4 inch cubes)
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- ¼ cup coursely chopped red onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- Sea Salt and Ground Pepper to Taste
- Toss about 4 cups of chopped watermelon (about ¼ inch cubes) with red onion and basil.
- Add olive oil, vinegar and honey and toss again.
- Grind salt and pepper over the salad to taste and toss again.
