Mix an heirloom tomato or two, fresh cilantro, garlic, jalepeno, red onion, salt, pepper and a splash of olive oil. You are set.

Fresh heirloom tomatoes with some garlic, cilantro, red onion, olive oil. You have yourself a salsa.
Ingredients
- 2 heirloom tomatoes, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ¾ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 jalepeno, chopped
- ½ a red onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Sea Salt
- Ground Pepper
Instructions
- Mix tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, jalepeno, red onion and olive oil.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
